I've known Vince for almost 10 years and I've always admired how he approached his fitness and overall health. You ask have I reached my desired results? Absolutely but I always strive to get better. In fact, being physically active was part of my teenage/college years as I was a Sprinter at Grambling State University. Now that I am in my 30s, a more focused effort to strength training is new for me. Not only have I improved I did so in an effective and paced manner. In 7 months, I went from struggling with 2 push-ups to now being able to do 40! Don't believe me, Vince has proof! In addition, my core is strong and I am able to do consistent abdominal, shoulder, and arm exercises. I also reached my desired weight by losing 10 lbs of fat and increasing my muscle mass. I have worked with a few trainers in the past with mixed results, but can honestly say that after having worked with Vince for the past couple of months, this is the first time I have worked with a trainer that I feel is not only dedicated to his job, but also extremely capable of providing me with the results I am looking for. I have the utmost confidence in his capabilities, as well as his overall knowledge base of the physical dynamics to be considered when formulating an individual exercise regimen. His approach to designing an individualized exercise program is based upon not only my baseline personal fitness level, but also takes into consideration the degree to which he feels I am capable of being pushed to enhance it. I have always maintained a very active lifestyle in regards to my fitness regime, but with Vince's help, my foundational strength, muscle tone, and endurance levels have soared to new heights. I am extremely pleased with the results he has helped me to achieve both physically and mentally, but am also excited about the fact that I will be able to continue excelling physically with the routines he has created for me because they are sustainable. Given my hectic schedule as a working, single mother of 2 children, I am still able to incorporate regular workouts into my daily routine that provide me with the intensity necessary to see results in the abbreviated durations I have available.
