Truth Fitness has a variety of workout options to choose from! All workout sessions are customized for the individual person or small group. Feel free to combine the workouts listed below. It is important for the client to select the type of workout that keeps them excited and motivated before getting started. Remember consistency equals results!  

Stress reliever, cardiovascular training, fat and calorie burning, hand and eye coordination, hand and mitt punching or kickboxing, great for total body workout .

Strength Training
Improves over all body strength (legs, core and upper body) includes a combination of free weights, machine based training, resistant band, medicine balls, Swiss ball training, manual resistance and kettlebell training. 

Cardiovascular Training
This type of training will focus on your target heart-rate, mainly for people who want to tone/lose weight. This will really challenge you! This consists of interval training, circuit training with recovery timing, running, and plyometric training.  

Sports Specific
Plyometric weight training, cone workouts, cardio training, core strengthening and training to increase range of motion. If you're looking to reach a new level this is the training for you.  

Stretching and Flexibility
No matter the age group, flexibility needs to be addressed - whether you're competing in sports, sitting at a desk or senior citizen. Proper stretching during and after training will improve the way you feel and perform your daily tasks.

Core Training
With obliques, lower back and abdominal areas, only this type of training is very effective for people who want to strengthen the and lose fat around the core. To do so, I recommend cardiovascular training and proper nutrition with this core training.

HIIT Training
Truth Fitness is starting HIIT training. You're probably familiar with high-intensity interval training (HIIT). When it comes to cardio, HIIT is definitely the best way to strip off body fat, to the extent that there's literally no reason to hop on a treadmill and run at a steady pace for 30 or spending countless hours in the gym getting no results. With my style of HIIT training you will burn more calories and more body fat instead of doing the same boring routine. For those of you who aren't familiar with HIIT, it involves intervals of high-intensity exercise (such as performing an aerobic exercise at 90% of your max heart rate) followed by low intensity (walking or weighted exercise at a moderate pace) or complete rest.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be received at least 5 hours before your training session in order to avoid being charged for the cancelled session. However, we understand that emergencies happen. We provide every client with one free short notice cancellation. You will not be charged for your first cancellation with less than 5 hours notice as long as we are notified prior to session start time. Subsequent short notice cancellations will be charged for the session. No shows are not eligible for the free cancellation. 

Refund Policy:

Truth Fitness & Training strives to provide the best possible service to our clients. If for any reason you are not satisfied we do offer a refund within seven days from the date of purchase. After seven days, the no refund policy applies.
