Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received at least 5 hours before your scheduled training session in order to avoid being charged for the cancelled session. However, we understand that emergencies happen. We provide every client with one free short notice cancellation. You will not be charged for your first cancellation with less than 5 hours notice as long as we are notified prior to session start time. Subsequent short notice cancellations will be charged for the session. No shows are not eligible for the free cancellation.
